Meet the Editor — Fiona Ugbah

Writer, strategist, and storyteller.

Fiona created The Her Edit as a space to merge her worlds which are beauty, brand, and becoming. Through her creative studio All Things Fi and her motherhood platform Élan Mama, she’s spent months helping women and brands tell stories that matter.

The Her Edit is her most personal work yet. A reflection of faith, balance, and the art of living softly.

The Story Behind The Her Edit

A digital journal for balance, beauty, and becoming. Created to remind women that softness and strength can coexist.

The Her Edit was born out of a quiet season of reflection. A time when I realised how much beauty there is in slowing down, healing, and choosing peace over pressure.

It began as a space to write, to feel, and to breathe.
But over time, it’s become a home for women, mothers, creatives, dreamers, believers to navigate the soft side of growth.

Here, we explore the in between moments of womanhood: the becoming, the balancing, the rebuilding.

Because becoming her isn’t a destination, it’s a daily edit.

Beauty with Depth

We believe beauty is more than what we see, it’s how we live, heal, and connect.

Faith with Foundation

We honour faith as an anchor guiding us through every season of change and surrender.

Softness with Strength

We celebrate women who lead with grace, balancing power and peace.

The Heart of The Her Edit

Each Edit represents a different part of the modern woman’s journey, her routines, her purpose, her faith, her finances, her work, and her becoming.

The Life Edit — rituals, wellness and balance for everyday living
The Business Edit — stories and lessons from building brands with heart
The Beauty Edit — heritage, skincare, and the art of feeling at home in your body
The Motherhood Edit — reflections on love, identity, and grace in every stage
The Money Edit — tools and conversations for financial peace
The Faith Edit — surrender, trust, and divine connection

Together, they form The Her Edit. A space where ambition and softness coexist.
