“I wanted to build something that felt like The Her Edit — but lived with you, not just in your inbox.”
— Fiona Munkoh · Founder & Editor, The Her Edit
What it is
Not another wellness app. Something much quieter.
The Her Edit App is a daily companion for women who are rebuilding, becoming, and learning to hold all the seasons of their life in one place. Personal, editorial, intentional — the kind of thing you open in the morning not because you have to, but because it reminds you who you are becoming.
What it can do
Everything she needs. Nothing she doesn’t.
The Health Hub Your wellbeing.Mood, rituals and care — kept lightly, returned to often. How are you arriving today? Tender. Steady. Hopeful. Tired. Restless. Quiet. Choose honestly. The app remembers. “Feelings, energy, symptoms — kept for your consultant.” |
Daily Symptom Check A quiet check-in.A few small notes for today — kept for you and your consultant. How are you feeling? What’s your energy? Anything to flag? A check-in streak rewards you for simply showing up for yourself. “Calm. Tired. Hopeful. Heavy. Anxious. Strong. Choose honestly.” |
Today’s Check-In Energy. Stress. Sleep. Hopefulness.Four simple trackers — energy, stress, sleep, and hopefulness — logged daily so you can see patterns over time. Today’s priorities, appointments, and hydration goal all in one place. “Today’s check-in — logged.” |
Today’s Intention Today, you are choosing to rest.Every morning, choose one word to carry with you. Rest. Focus. Heal. Create. Grow. Connect. Reflect. Celebrate. The app holds your intention and shapes your day around it. “Today, you are choosing to rest.” |
The Journal The Journal.Three pages before the house wakes, or one honest sentence before sleep — whichever you can offer today. A daily prompt that means something. A quiet space. Begin here. “What small boundary can I honour for myself today?” |
Who it’s for
She is in her season of becoming.
The woman navigating her health Managing a diagnosis, survivorship, or long-term condition — and tired of clinical apps that don’t understand her whole self. |
The woman rebuilding after change Coming through motherhood, career transition, loss, or healing — and looking for a place that holds all of it without judgment. |
The woman tending her faith A woman who knows her spiritual life and her daily life are not separate things — and wants a space that honours both. |
The woman quietly becoming She knows who she is growing into. She just needs one beautiful, intentional place to tend that becoming every single day. |
A Note From the Founder
I built this because I needed it.
As a cancer survivor, I needed somewhere to track my symptoms for my consultant — in a way that felt human, not clinical. As a founder, I needed somewhere to hold my goals without it feeling like another productivity system. As a woman in the middle of her own becoming, I needed somewhere that understood that health, ambition, faith, rest, and identity are not separate things to be managed in separate apps.
They are one woman’s life.

A word on what “beta” means
Real. Working. Beautiful. But not yet finished.
Beta means features are still being built. But it means you get to shape what comes next. Beta testers are not just users — they are co-editors. And that is exactly how The Her Edit has always worked: in community, not at a distance.
